Gameplay
Survive against increasingly difficult waves of enemies, picking up upgrades for your character along the way. There are two types of upgrades: Items and Spells.
Spells
Spells are unique attacks that are cast on a cooldown passively, damaging enemies, assisting the player etc.
Items
Items boost the stats of the player such as Speed, Spell Damage and Cooldown Reduction. When stacked up and paired with the right spells, items can create super strong builds.
Skill Tree
There is also a way to augment your character before a run has even began via the Skill Tree. Using gems collected during your runs, you can spend them on unique and powerful skills. Try different combinations and see what builds you can come up with!
Description
This is a game I've been working on for the last several months on and off.
It is a survivors-like game with less of a focus on bullet heaven, and more of a focus on creating powerful synergies during your run. I really wanted to create a gameplay system that builds upon itself and encourages the player to be creative with character builds and playstyles.
The demo includes the first character of the game, 5 unique enemies, an in-depth boss and several spells and 30 items to buff the player during your run.
I am currently working on additional, fully fleshed-out characters for you to unlock, new enemies, new bosses, new spells and new items.
I would really appreciate if you would give the game a try and leave any feedback you can, good or bad. I want to make the game the best it can be.
Thanks
-James
